Terms of Service — SakuraCat VPN

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SakuraCat VPN service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

SakuraCat provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to help protect your privacy online.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
Attempt to compromise the security of any network or system
Violate the intellectual property rights of others

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial resale purposes.

5. Payments and Refunds

All subscriptions are billed in advance. We offer a refund within 3 days of initial purchase if the Service does not work as described. Data packs are non-refundable once any data has been consumed.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SakuraCat's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
