1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SakuraCat VPN service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Description

SakuraCat offers a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers to help safeguard your online privacy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing
Attempt to compromise the security of any network or system
Violate the intellectual property rights of others

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account with others or use it for commercial resale purposes.

5. Payments and Refunds

All subscriptions are billed in advance. We provide a refund within 3 days of initial purchase if the Service does not perform as described. Data packs are non-refundable once any data has been used.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SakuraCat's liability is capped at the amount paid for the Service during the three months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
